A Hydraulic Pyramid Type Pre Pinch Three Roller Machine has mechanically as well as hydraulic operation for fast and smooth bending. In pre pinch type machine bottom two rollers are fixed at the position and rotating anti clockwise and clockwise with mechanical drive.
Whereas upper roller will be operated hydraulically by remote operation. The HTRPBM-Series is suitable for bending fl at iron or angle iron, T-shaped and U-shaped cross-section iron, square pipes, Round tubes, Hydraulic Section Bending Machine, Rectangular pipes and other customized profiles.
We have the specialization of making dies so that in this machine you can bend mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper material profiles. Special automation provided with remote control operation, being the high automatic operation it’s having sufficient safety features provided for sooth and safe operation.
