Rod Bending Machine
Description
Rod Bending Machine is also known as a bar bender machine, is one kind of rod processing machines where it bends steel round bar and steel rebar. The steel can be bended within a certain range of diameters into various arcs between 0°and 180°. Our bending rod machine is a semi-automatic type and it consumes less man-power. It also consumes less time and has higher rate of production. A Rod Bending machine has stirrup which is a closed loop to reinforcement bar that is used to hold the main reinforcement bars together. Where stirrups provide the lateral support to the main bars against buckling but if used in beams, a stirrup is termed as shear or transverse reinforcement since it withstands the shear force. The rod bending machine stirrups can be of different shapes depending on the design and shape of the load bearing member e.g. spherical, polygonal, a U-stirrup or a cross tie. In ancient times, in India, the stirrups are made physically at the building site by the bar drinking sprees utilizing simple practices. Much of the time, such stirrups don’t consent to the recommended principles. Adjacent to dimensional errors, this can prompt inappropriate locking of the closures accordingly expanding the odds of disappointment during tremors.
